Assigned. Time is defined as the amount of time that Employers assign teachers and within which they require teachers to fulfill various professional duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:
Assigned. When used with respect to pole, duct, conduit, or right-of-way space, the term “assigned” refers to space that is occupied by, or has been designated for occupancy by, either party or by a third party. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, no person or entity shall have the right to occupy space assigned to another person or entity (other than on a temporary basis in the event of emergency as provided in Section 15.02 of this Agreement) until the assignment has been released or lapsed. Assignment procedures are described in Section 8.02 of this Agreement.
Assigned. This means that the College has housing available for the student. However, the actual assignment to a specific housing unit begins for new students in early June 2020.
Assigned. 11. How long is a position job shared? One school year. Job share teams will have the opportunity to reapply in the following spring.

Assigned. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Appendix, no person or entity shall have the right to occupy space assigned to another person or entity (other than on a temporary basis in the event of emergency) until the assignment has been released or lapsed. Assignment is further described in Article 8 of this Appendix.
Assigned. The term Assigned, when used with respect to Conduit or Duct space or Poles, refers to any space in such Conduit or Duct or on such Pole that is occupied by a telecommunications service provider or a municipal or other governmental authority. To ensure the judicious use of Poles and Conduits, space Assigned to a telecommunications service provider must be physically occupied by the service provider, be it AT&T or a new entrant, within twelve (12) months of the space being Assigned.
Assigned. A pilot is considered to have been assigned to an activity when he receives notice of his responsibility for that activity from the appropriate FedEx personnel or through the VIPS notification system.
Assigned teacher time consists of the total of assigned teacher time for direct student instruction and assigned teacher time not involving direct student instruction.
