ASPHALT PAVING. Asphalt paved areas serving automobiles shall be prepared and paved in accordance with the project geotechnical engineer.

ASPHALT PAVING. Will be performed based on the recommendations of the civil engineer and soils engineer, on aggregate subbase for auto and truck traffic. This specification is subject to soils report and local or State requirements, any deviations may result in a cost adjustment. Efforts will be made to design drainage to be gravity-flow in the dock areas. Landlord will strip the pavement according to applicable codes.

ASPHALT PAVING. 25. Asphalt paving shall be completed within three (3) years of registration of the Subdivision.

ASPHALT PAVING. Paving section for truck traffic areas will be per recommendations of soils engineer. Paving section for auto and truck traffic areas will be per recommendations of soils engineer. Civil drawings to indicate paving sections. Approximately 168 trailer spaces and 437 automobile spaces shall be striped.
ASPHALT PAVING. Based further on the recommendations of the civil engineer and soils engineer, automotive paving sections to consist of 3" asphalt paving over 6" aggregate base. All truck paving and rear storage yard areas shall be considered Asphaltic Concrete with sections to consist of 4" asphalt paving over 6" aggregate base. ASPHALT PAVING. Locations within project recreational area limits will be periodically identified for paving. Campsite entrances, short gravel roads experiencing excessive erosion and areas needing resurfacing will be paved IAW standards in TP-14.1. Road widths and radiuses will be individually laid out prior to placement IAW EM 0000-0-000. TP-15 EMERGENCY SPILL RESPONSE SUPPORT
ASPHALT PAVING. Where asphalt streets are to be constructed, the final lift of asphalt shall not be installed until A. One Construction Season expires from the date all underground infrastructure is installed, and B. A minimum of 6 months expire from the date all underground infrastructure is installed, and
