Appointments to Positions Outside the Bargaining Unit. The selection or appointment of nurses for any position not within the scope of this Agreement, shall be subject to a trial period of sixty (60) working days, extendible to one hundred and twenty (120) working days upon written notice to the nurse prior to the expiry of the original sixty (60) working days. During such period, the nurse shall have the right to return to her former position without loss of seniority or benefits.
