Compassionate Leave. (a) An employee is entitled to 2 days of compassionate leave for each occasion when a member of the employee's immediate family, or a member of the employee's household:

Compassionate Leave. 42.1 This clause is intended to summarise the NES entitlement. It is not intended to replace or over-ride the NES.
Compassionate Leave. (a) Upon the death of an employee's spouse, spouse to include same sex partner, child or stepchild, an employee shall be granted leave up to a maximum of five (5) continuous calendar days without loss of pay. One of the days of leave shall include the day of the funeral or equivalent service. Additional days off with or without pay may be granted by the Employer.

Compassionate Leave a) An employee(s) entitlement to paid compassionate leave under this Agreement shall be in accordance with the AFPCS.
Compassionate Leave. 6.4.1 An employee is entitled to 2 days paid compassionate leave when a member of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household contracts or develops a personal illness that poses a serious threat to their life, sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to their life or dies.
Compassionate Leave. 15.1 Permanent Employees are entitled to a period of 2 days compassionate leave per occasion if:

A full time employee may take compassionate leave when a member of the employee’s immediate family or household member: contracts or develops a personal injury or illness that poses a serious threat to their life; or dies. Compassionate leave shall be a maximum of 2 paid days per occasion. The following are members of an employee’s immediate family:
