AGREEMENT PURPOSE. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide students with affordable student housing only and not to facilitate a commercial enterprise. Residence in Seminary housing requires certain obligations and responsibilities. As such, the Seminary shall provide housing, and the Occupant shall occupy and use the housing subject to this Housing Agreement and any obligations, rules, or regulations now or hereafter adopted by the Seminary (collectively the “Agreement”).
AGREEMENT PURPOSE. DEVELOPER shall undertake the Project which is anticipated to promote local economic development and to stimulate business and commercial activity in the City of San Antonio and in the TIRZ. The CITY and TIRZ are supporting the Project through this Agreement to provide Incentives to be used to defray costs associated with the Project.

This Agreement, entered into by the Miami Township Board of Trustees, Clermont County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”, and the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc hereinafter referred to as the “FOP”, has as its purpose the following: To comply with the requirement of Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code; and to set forth the full and complete understandings and agreement between the parties governing the wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment for those employees included in the bargaining unit(s) as defined herein; and to promote orderly, constructive and harmonious relations between the Employer and the FOP
AGREEMENT PURPOSE. The Project is anticipated to promote local economic development and to stimulate business and commercial activity in the City of San Antonio in accordance with the purpose of Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Government Code. GRANTOR is supporting the Project through the award of the Grant Funds from lawfully available funds of the City, which shall be used by GRANTEE to defray costs of undertaking and completing the Project. The economic incentive being offered by GRANTOR to GRANTEE is in furtherance of promoting investment and job creation in the City of San Antonio.
