AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This agreement is made and entered into this 10th day of July, 1986 by and between the Tahlequah Education Association, hereinafter termed the "Association" and the Tahlequah School Board of Education of Independent School District Number 35 of Cherokee County, Oklahoma, hereinafter termed the "Board": and pursuant to Title 70 of Oklahoma Statutes, section 509.1 - 509.10, the parties agree as follows:
AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This agreement is made and entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the Newcastle Association of Classroom Teachers, hereinafter termed the "Organization" (or "Association") and the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 1 of XxXxxxx County, Oklahoma, hereinafter termed the "Board"; and pursuant to Title 70 Oklahoma Statutes, Sections 509.1 - 509.10, the following items (articles, procedures, etc.) are hereby agreed upon by both parties.
AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This is the entire agreement. The conditions, requirements, and stipulations enumerated in this Agreement constitute the complete and sole contract between the Board and the Association. No other conditions, stipulations, past practice or requirements (either verbal or written) will be recognized unless mutually agreed upon in writing or required under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4117.
AGREEMENT CLAUSE. 6 This Agreement expressed herein in writing constitutes the full and complete agreement between 7 the Board and the Union and shall supersede any rules, regulations, policies, resolutions, or 8 practices of the District which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. 9
AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This agreement is made and entered into this 20th day of August, 1991 by and between the Xxxxxxxxx Association of Classroom teachers, hereinafter termed the “Association” and the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 20 of XxXxxxx County, Oklahoma, hereinafter termed the “Board”; and pursuant to Title 70 Oklahoma Statutes, Sections 509.1 – 509.10, the following items (articles, procedures, etc.) are hereby agreed upon by both parties. GOOD FAITH CLAUSE Each party herein shall negotiate in good faith and further assure that a free and open exchange of views based upon mutual understanding, concern, and cooperation occurs. (See 509.6)
AGREEMENT CLAUSE. 37 38 This Agreement expressed herein in writing constitutes the full and complete agreement 39 between the Board and the Union and shall supersede any rules, regulations, policies, 40 resolutions or practices of the District which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its 41 terms. 42
AGREEMENT CLAUSE. 22 23 This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations, policies, resolutions or practices of the 24 District.
AGREEMENT CLAUSE. 7 This Agreement expressed herein in writing constitutes the full and complete Agreement 8 between the Board and the Federation and this Agreement shall supersede any rules, 9 regulations, policies, resolutions, or practices of the District which shall be contrary to or 10 inconsistent with its terms. Any Memoranda of Understanding between the parties 11 executed prior to the effective date of this Agreement are no longer in effect, unless they 12 have a specific expiration date during the term of this Agreement. 13
AGREEMENT CLAUSE. 32.1 This Agreement expressed herein in writing constitutes the full and complete agreement between the Employer and the Union and shall supersede any rules, regulations, policies, resolutions or practices of the Employer which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms.
AGREEMENT CLAUSE. The Company hereby declares that any Order made by the PIC Contact to PT MONOTARO INDONESIA (hereinafter referred to as "MID") legally binding the Company and the Company agrees to responsible for any matters arising from such transaction. Any changes to the information mentioned above must be notified by written to MID in a manner determined by MID by sending an email to xx@xxxxxxxx.xx. In case the Company fails to notify MID by written, MID will deem that the above information remains correct and legally binding the Company. TERM & CONDITION
