Written Consent definition

Written Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04.
Written Consent means a signed form with the customer’s signature received by the Company through mail, facsimile, or email. A customer may also digitally sign a form that is transmitted to the Company.

Written Consent has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(c).
