An Option granted to an Employee shall be limited and take effect so that the aggregate market value of Shares subject to that Option, taken together with the aggregate market value of Shares which the Employee may acquire in pursuance of rights obtained under the Scheme or under any other Approved Scheme established by the Company or by any associated company (within the meaning of paragraph 35(1) of the Schedule 4) of the Company (and not exercised), shall not exceed the Revenue Limit.
