Whole Project definition

Whole Project means a project comprising of flats, parking facility, activity centre, other amenities and facilities etc. constructed / to be constructed in different phases upon the Scheduled Land and named as “Ashiana Advik”.

Whole Project means group housing project being developed on land admeasuring 48289 sqm comprising of flats/Units, club house (activity center) parking facility, other amenities and facilities, commercial units etc. developed and/or being developed and named as “Ashiana Xxxxx”.

Whole Project means the residential project comprising of flats, parking facility, activity centre, other amenities and facilities etc. constructed / to be constructed in different phases upon the land admeasuring 34364 sqm. and named as “Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx”.

Examples of Whole Project in a sentence

• Subject to compliance with Section 14 of the Act, the Promoter shall be entitled to construct further floors on and above the top roof of the Said Block/Building and/or make other constructions elsewhere on the Said Complex and/or Whole Project and the Allottee shall not obstruct or object to the same notwithstanding any inconveniences that may be suffered by the Allottee due to and arising out of the said construction/developmental activity.

• Membership of the Said Club being compulsory for allallottees of the Whole Project, the Allottee (which expression, in the context of the Said Club, means only 1 (one) person if the number of allottee/s under this Agreement is more than 1 (one), as be nominated inter se among the allottee/s) agrees to become a member of the Said Club, on the preliminary terms and conditions recorded in this Agreement.

• The Allottee has examined and is acquainted with the Said Complex and has agreed that the Allottee shall neither have nor shall claim any right over any portion of the Said Block/Building and/or the Said Complex and/or the Larger Property and/or the Whole Project save and except the Said Apartment And Appurtenances.

• Membership of the Said Club being compulsory for all allottees of the Whole Project, the Allottee (which expression, in the context of the Said Club, means only 1 (one) person if the number of allottee/s under this Agreement is more than 1 (one), as be nominated inter se among the allottee/s) agrees to become a member of the Said Club, on the preliminary terms and conditions recorded in this Agreement.

• Subject to compliance with Section 14 of the Act, the Promoter shall be entitled to make other constructions on the Said Complex and/or Whole Project and the Allottee shall not obstruct or object to the same notwithstanding any inconveniences that may be suffered by the Allottee due to and arising out of the said construction/developmental activity.

More Definitions of Whole Project

Whole Project means the residential project comprising of flats, Flats, parking facility, club house, other amenities and facilities etc. constructed/to be constructed in different Four phases on the Scheduled Land.(As marked in Annexure-IV)

Whole Project means the Residential Block, EWS and Convenient Shopping Block, Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities of the Whole Project as mentioned in Part I of Schedule D, Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities reserved for Residential Block as mentioned in Part II of Schedule D, Common Areas and Facilities reserved for EWS and Convenient Shopping Block as mentioned in Part III of Schedule D, and Internal Access Road constructed/to be constructed in different phases upon the Scheduled Land and named as “Ashiana Amarah”.

Whole Project means the senior living residential project comprising of flats, parking facility, club house, other amenities and facilities etc. constructed / to be constructed in different phases upon the Project Land and named as “Ashiana Xxxxxxx.”

Whole Project means the residential/Commercial project comprising of flats, parking facility, club house, other amenities and facilities etc. constructed / to be constructed in different phases on the Scheduled Land and named as Dwarka Twins.

Whole Project means the residential project comprising of Apartments/ Units, parking facility, club house, shops, other amenities and facilities etc. of the Whole Project as mentioned in Part I of Schedule D, Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities reserved for use of Residential Block being developed with Said Project as mentioned in Part II of Schedule E, Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities reserved for use of Residential Block to be developed with future phases (T-04 to T-09) of the Residential Block and the Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities reserved for Commercial Block constructed / to be constructed in different phases on the Scheduled Land and named as “Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Plaza”.
