Project Land definition

Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

Project Land means the total land area covered in the Master Plan and include the Site, the Redevelopment Land, the Station Development Land, as described in Schedule 1 (Project Details) attached hereto;

Project Land means the portion of the Subject Land, more particularly described in Part II of Schedule “A” hereunder written.

Examples of Project Land in a sentence

• That until the takeover of the Common Areas and Facilities on the Project Land by the Association of Allottees in accordance with the Act, the Promoter shall maintain the Common Areas and Facilities on the Project at reasonable charges.

• The Promoter has taken construction finance for construction of the Project from by mortgaging the Project Land and the constructions thereat Provided However That any such mortgage, if it relates to the Designated Apartment, shall be redeemed/discharged by the Promoter by way of repayment of the loan prior to the execution of the Sale Deed by the Promoter in favour of the Allottee in terms hereof.

• In addition the Promoter may acquire contracts for development and/or transfer in respect of further or other lands adjacent or adjoining or connected directly or indirectly to the Project Land (“Future Phase Lands”).

• The particulars of the documents whereby the Owners became the owners of the Project Land and other facts of devolution of title in respect of the Project Land is mentioned in Part-VII of Schedule A hereto.

• The basement(s) and service areas if any located within the Project Land may be ear-marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to STP, transformer, DG set, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, firefighting pumps and equipments etc.

More Definitions of Project Land

Project Land means the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, less such real property as may be released from this Agreement pursuant to Section 8.6 or taken by the exercise of the power of eminent domain as provided in Section 7.2;

Project Land means land admeasuring 32644.00 sqm forming part of Scheduled Land, on which the Said Project is being developed and more fully described in Part-III of Schedule A.

Project Land shall have the same meaning as ascribed in Recital A of this Agreement;

Project Land means any piece or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter; and

Project Land means the Land, excluding the Infrastructure Land.

Project Land means land or buildings which are improved as a planned step in the implementation of the Project;

Project Land means the land more particularly mentioned and described in PART – A of the FIRST SCHEDULE hereunder written.
