User License definition

User License means a license granted under this XXXX to the Licensee to permit an Authorized User to use Software.

User License means a type of license that allows the number of Authorized Users specified in the Order Form to access the Product through user name and passwords either: (i) on a concurrent basis (i.e. allowing up to the specified number of Authorized Users the rights to access the Products simultaneously) or (ii) on a generic/named user basis.
