Intended Use definition

Intended Use means the use of machinery in accordance with the information provided in the instructions for use;

Intended Use means a building product and the use thereof, for which the building product is intended to be, or is reasonably likely to be, associated with a building.

• During the Term, Tenant shall use the Premises for the development, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the System (the “Intended Use”), including all lawful uses that are incidental or related to, or not inconsistent with, the Intended Use, and/or any other lawful use.

Intended Use means the intended use of the construction product as defined in the applicable harmonised technical specification;
