Transactions Documents definition

Transactions Documents means all the documents which are to be executed to effect the transfer of assets on Long Term Lease Arrangement, inclusive but not limited to the Lease Deed;
Transactions Documents means the agreements, documents or instruments executed and delivered by a party hereto as contemplated under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Transactions Documents

Transactions Documents means (a) the Loan Documents, (b) the Borrower Existing Senior Notes Tender Offer Documents and the Holdings Existing Senior Notes Exchange/Tender Offer Documents, (c) the Senior Notes Indentures, and (d) any and all offering memoranda relating to any of the foregoing referred to in clauses (b) and (c) preceding or relating to any of the Senior Notes.
