Other Transaction Documents definition

Other Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents other than this Agreement.
Other Transaction Documents means the Other Agreements and the other written agreements, documents, instruments and certificates at any time executed pursuant to or in connection with the Other Agreements (other than the Transaction Documents and the Underwriting Agreement), all as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Other Transaction Documents means the Other MOAs, Other Charters and the Other Bills of Sale.

More Definitions of Other Transaction Documents

Other Transaction Documents means (i) the Xxxx of Sale, (ii) the Assumption Agreement and (iii) the IP Assignment Documents.
Other Transaction Documents means the License Agreement, Transition Services Agreement and Registration Rights Agreement and the instruments of transfer or conveyance contemplated by and delivered at the Closing pursuant to Section 7.1(h) or 7.2(h).
