Long Term Lease Arrangement definition

Long Term Lease Arrangement means an arrangement whereby the Developer undertakes to finance, develop, construct, maintain and operate an Integrated Sugar Complex and whereby Developer shall be entitled to run the Integrated Sugar Complex during Lease Period. The Developer is required to transfer the Integrated Sugar Complex to the UPCSFFL as On Going Concern after the expiry of the Lease Period without any consideration.
