Third Party Licensors definition

Third Party Licensors means the suppliers of the Third Party Software to Darktrace; and
Third Party Licensors has the meaning as defined in Clause 9.1; “Third Party Links and Ads” has the meaning as defined in Clause 23.1; “Third-Party Providers” has the meaning as defined in Clause 21.5;
Third Party Licensors means the licensors under the Third Party Licenses.

  • All right, title and interest in any copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and any other intellectual property rights related to the Software, and related to all copies, partial copies, adaptations, additions, collective works, compilations, derivative works, enhancements, modifications, and translations of the Software, regardless of when, or by whom created, shall remain in or are assigned to Accenture or its Third Party Licensors.

  • Licensee acknowledges that the Software is confidential and proprietary to Accenture or its Third Party Licensors ("Third Party Licensors") and includes trade secrets and may include inventions for which a patent has been or may be applied for or issued.

More Definitions of Third Party Licensors

Third Party Licensors shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause A36.1;

Third Party Licensors means those persons or entities whose software and services are incorporated as part of a Hosted Service or Local Software, including, without limitation, ConnectShip, Inc.
Third Party Licensors means third parties that have licensed to Alteryx the right to sublicense and/or distribute certain software, data, or Third-Party Tools proprietary to such third parties. Third-Party Licensors shall be beneficiaries of this Agreement as it relates to their respective software, data, or Third-Party Tools.
Third Party Licensors and “Third Party Software” have the meanings stated in Section 2.e below.
