Sublicensee definition

Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

Sublicensee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Notwithstanding the foregoing but subject to Section 9.2.2 and Section 9.3.2 below, no Sublicensee shall have participation or voting rights with respect to any Committee.

• Each such milestone payment shall be paid within [***] days of achievement of such milestone event by Licensee or its Sublicensee.

Sublicensee means any third party to whom Licensee confers the right to make, use and sell Licensed Product and/or Licensed Processes.
