TDD Project definition

TDD Project means any transportation project approved by the TDD for an area benefiting the Redevelopment Area and in accordance with the TDD Act and constituting a portion of the Work.
TDD Project means the improvements to the District, including the TDD Improvements, to be designed, developed, constructed and completed by Developer as described in Section 2.01 hereof and on Exhibit F. The term "TDD Project" does not include the Interchange.
TDD Project means the Transportation Development District projects described in Resolution No. 3542.

Examples of TDD Project in a sentence

  • Developer has identified certain TDD Project Costs which may be paid with TDD Sales Tax Proceeds if and to the extent that such TDD Project Costs are: (i) agreed- upon by the parties and identified on Exhibit P attached hereto for the TDD District (the "TDD Project Costs"), and (ii) eligible for payment or reimbursement pursuant to the TDD Act.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the portion of the CID Project Costs relating to the CID District shall be reimbursed in whole or in part with CID Bonds and the portion of the TDD Project Costs relating to the TDD District shall be reimbursed in part with Pay-As-You-Go TDD Financing.

  • Developer may make additions, alterations and changes to the Project so long as such additions, alterations and changes are made in compliance with all Applicable Laws and Requirements, this Agreement, the Development Plan, and as long as the same do not materially adversely affect the value of the TDD Project or Developer's ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement, or generate TDD Sales Taxes within the District.

  • The parties agree that the TDD Project shall be constructed in multiple phases (each a "Phase" or collectively "Phases").

  • The City and Developer hereby agree that the TDD Project consists of the development of the District, which includes the TDD Improvements (as defined in Section 2.04 hereof) and the other components of the TDD Project described herein and as set forth on the project description and drawings attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit F.

  • In addition, the Construction Documents, and any other contracts for the design, development, acquisition, construction and completion of the TDD Project, as well as all other contracts or agreements respecting the TDD Project, shall comply and conform to all Applicable Laws and Requirements.

  • During the Term, Developer hereby recognizes, acknowledges and agrees that the City, and its duly authorized representatives and agents, shall have the right to enter the portions of the TDD Project at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, to substantiate compliance with this Agreement or, to the extent Developer has failed to cure any breach within applicable notice and cure periods, to cure any defaults under this Agreement.


More Definitions of TDD Project

TDD Project means the construction of public and private improvements in the District, as more particularly described in Resolution No. 3620 (the “Resolution”) adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Overland Park, Kansas on September 17, 2007, as the same may at any time and from time to time exist, including any modifications, substitutions and additions and excluding deletions.
