Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.
Project area plan or “Plan” shall mean the written plan (outlined by 17C-5-302 of the Act) that, after its effective date, guides and controls the community reinvestment activities within the Project Area. Project Area Plan refers to this document and all of the attachments to this document, which attachments are incorporated by this reference.
