Tank drawdown means any material or mixture of materials discharged from a product tank, feed tank, or intermediate tank for the purpose of removing water or other contaminants from the tank.
Drawdown means a drawdown of an Advance;
Drawdown Date means, in relation to an Advance, the date requested by the Borrower for the Advance to be made, or (as the context requires) the date on which the Advance is actually made;
Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances outstanding.
Term Loan Facility means the Term Loan Commitments and the provisions herein related to the Term Loans.
