Facility A definition

Facility A means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (a) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).

Facility A means the Facility A Commitments and the extensions of credit made thereunder.

Facility A is defined in Section 2.01.

Examples of Facility A in a sentence

• On the Fourth Restatement Date, (i) each Existing Letter of Credit, to the extent outstanding, shall constitute a Facility A Letter of Credit hereunder, (ii) each such Existing Letter of Credit shall be included in the calculation of LC Exposure and “Facility A LC Exposure” and (iii) all liabilities of Office Depot and the other Loan Parties with respect to such Existing Letters of Credit shall constitute Obligations.

• Such amounts transferred to the Administrative Agent shall be applied against the amounts of the Swingline Lender’s Facility A Swingline Loans or Facility B Swingline Loans, as applicable, and, together with the Swingline Lender’s Applicable Percentage of such Swingline Loan, shall constitute Revolving Loans of such applicable Lenders, respectively.

• Each Facility A Swingline Loan shall be subject to all the terms and conditions applicable to other ABR Loans funded by the Facility A Lenders, except that all payments thereon shall be payable to the Swingline Lender solely for its own account.

• If any Borrower fails to make such payment when due, the Administrative Agent shall notify each Facility A Lender or Facility B Lender, as applicable, of the applicable LC Disbursement, the payment then due from the Borrowers in respect thereof and such Lender’s Applicable Percentage thereof.

• Each Facility A Lender or Facility B Lender, as applicable (other than the Swingline Lender, in the case of the Swingline Loans) shall transfer, the amount of such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the outstanding principal amount of the applicable Loan with respect to which Settlement is requested to the Administrative Agent to an account of such Agent as such Agent may designate, not later than 2:00 p.m., New York City time, on such Settlement Date.

More Definitions of Facility A

Facility A means the revolving loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2.1(a) (The Facilities).

Facility A means Facility A as defined in the Existing Facility Agreement.

Facility A means the revolving credit facility being extending pursuant to this Agreement on the basis of Eligible Billed Government Accounts Receivable, Eligible Billed Commercial Accounts Receivable and Eligible Foreign Accounts Receivable, in the maximum principal amount of the Facility A Commitment Amount, with a sub-limit of Five Million and No/100 Dollars ($5,000,000.00) for Letters of Credit.

Facility A has the meaning given to such term in Clause 2.1(a) (Facility A and Facility B).

Facility A means the liquidity loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2.1(a) (The Facilities).

Facility A means the up to USD 900,000,000 multicurrency revolving credit facility as described in Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).

Facility A means the multicurrency revolving loan facility (with term-out option) made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (a) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).
