Drawdown Notice definition

Drawdown Notice means a notice in the form set out in Schedule 2 (or in any other form which the Agent approves or reasonably requires);

Drawdown Notice means, in relation to each Advance, a notice substantially in the form of schedule 2;

Drawdown Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3.

• All sums to be advanced by the Lender to the Borrowers under this Agreement shall be remitted in USD on the Drawdown Date to the account specified in the Drawdown Notice.

• Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Agent shall on the Drawdown Date pay to the Borrower the amounts which the Agent receives from the Lenders under Clause 4.5 and that payment to the Borrower shall be made to the account which the Borrower specifies in the Drawdown Notice and in the same funds as the Agent received the payments from the Lenders.
