Subordinated Debt Indenture definition

Subordinated Debt Indenture the indenture pursuant to which any Subordinated Debt is issued.
Subordinated Debt Indenture means that certain Subordinated Indenture, dated as of December 1, 1995, as amended or supplemented from time to time, by and between the Company and IBJ Schrxxxxx, xx trustee, pursuant to which the Company has issued or will issue the Subordinated Debt.
