Study Personnel definition

Study Personnel means any employees of Institution or Investigator, and/or contractors engaged by Institution or Investigator, who are involved in performing the Study, including Sub-Investigator(s), Study coordinator(s), and any other contractors, agents and employees of Institution or Investigator who assist Institution and Investigator with the Study.

Study Personnel includes any researchers, scientists, technicians and other individuals employed by Institution, or any sub-investigators, agents, consultants or affiliates of Institution, engaged in any aspect of the Clinical Trial, but excludes Investigator;

Study Personnel means any employees of Institution or Investigator, and/or contractors engaged by Institution or Investigator, who are involved in performing the Study, including Sub-Investigator(s), Study coordinator(s), Delegated Pharmacist and any other contractors, agents and employees of Institution or Investigator who assist Institution and Investigator with the Study. "Osoby podílející se na provádění klinického hodnocení" jsou všichni zaměstnanci poskytovatele zdravotních služeb, zkoušejícího a/nebo smluvní partneři poskytovatele zdravotních služeb a/nebo zkoušejícího, kteří se podílí na provádění klinického hodnocení, včetně všech spoluzkoušejících, koordinátorů klinického hodnocení, odpovědného lékárníka a ostatních smluvních partnerů, zástupců či zaměstnanců poskytovatele zdravotních služeb a/nebo zkoušejícího, kteří poskytovateli zdravotních služeb a/nebo zkoušejícímu pomáhají s prováděním klinického hodnocení.

• Invention" means any and all discoveries, inventions and other subject matter (whether patentable or not) conceived, reduced to practice, or otherwise discovered by Investigator, Study Personnel or an employee, contractor or agent of Institution or Investigator, alone or jointly with others, in connection with performing the Study and/or from use of the Study Drug or the Confidential Information, in each case together with all intellectual property rights in any of the foregoing.

• Institution, Investigator, and Study Personnel, shall not be considered employees or agents of CRO and, as such, shall not be entitled to any benefits available to employees of CRO.

• Institution and Investigator shall not use the Equipment for any purposes except for the performance of the Study as set forth in the Protocol, and shall restrict access to and use of the Equipment to those members of the Study Personnel for whom such access and use is required to conduct the Study.

• Institution shall ensure that Study Personnel members, other employees or agents are contractually obligated to hereby assign and transfer to Zdravotnickému zařízení a/nebo Zkoušejícímu.

Study Personnel shall refer to all individuals and entities that perform any portion of the Study under the Investigator's supervision. a) Poskytovatel tímto souhlasí, že provede Studii v souladu s touto Smlouvou a Protokolem. Poskytovatel se bude též řídit pokyny PSI a/nebo Zadavatele týkajícími se plnění Poskytovatele, Hlavního zkoušejícího a/nebo Studijního personálu vyplývajícího pro ně z této Smlouvy. „Studijním personálem“ se rozumí všechny fyzické a právnické osoby, které provádějí některou část Studie pod dohledem Hlavního zkoušejícího.
