Invention" means any and all discoveries, inventions and other subject matter (whether patentable or not) conceived, reduced to practice, or otherwise discovered by Investigator, Study Personnel or an employee, contractor or agent of Institution or Investigator, alone or jointly with others, in connection with performing the Study and/or from use of the Study Drug or the Confidential Information, in each case together with all intellectual property rights in any of the foregoing.
Institution, Investigator, and Study Personnel, shall not be considered employees or agents of CRO and, as such, shall not be entitled to any benefits available to employees of CRO.
Institution further acknowledges that during the conduct of the Study and for one (1) year after its completion, Investigator shall himself, and shall cause the Sub- Investigator(s) if applicable, and Study Personnel, to, execute and update such forms, disclosures and certifications now or subsequently required by SPONSOR or any applicable regulatory bodies related to his/her financial interests in the SPONSOR and/or the Study Drug.
Institution and Investigator shall not use the Equipment for any purposes except for the performance of the Study as set forth in the Protocol, and shall restrict access to and use of the Equipment to those members of the Study Personnel for whom such access and use is required to conduct the Study.
Institution shall ensure that Study Personnel members, other employees or agents are contractually obligated to hereby assign and transfer to Zdravotnickému zařízení a/nebo Zkoušejícímu.
