Statement of Work definition

Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

Statement of Work means a document signed by Customer and Vendor describing a specific set of activities and/or deliverables, which may include Work Product and Intellectual Property Rights, that Vendor is to provide Customer, issued pursuant to the Contract.

Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement and as may be amended.

Statement of Work means the statement submitted by a Framework Supplier as part of a further competition as described in paragraph 3.1.3 of Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of this Framework Agreement;

Statement of Work means the industry standard implementation plan describing how our professional services will be provided to implement the Tyler Software, and outlining your and our roles and responsibilities in connection with that implementation. The Statement of Work is attached as Exhibit E.

Statement of Work or “SOW” means a separate document or Estimate/Order Form between Oracle and Customer that details the Professional Services to be delivered by Oracle.

Statement of Work means any statement of work entered into by the parties and attached as a schedule to this Contract. The initial Statement of Work is attached as Schedule A, and subsequent Statements of Work shall be sequentially identified and attached as Schedules A-1, A-2, A-3, etc.
