SERVICES TO BE DELIVERED. The services included in this SLA are; • daytime and out of hours responsive and emergency repairs as designated by an agreed Schedule of Rates document including response times as ordered by the client, annual gas servicing and maintenance to Housing Services properties as well as responsive repairs to Social Services Elderly Persons Homes, Travellers Sites, Hostels, Schools / Education owned buildings; • a computerised repair by appointment system to maximise both tradesperson access rates and customer satisfaction; • tradesperson diagnosis and completion of repair at first visit as often as practically possible within an agreed framework; • the return of void properties to the agreed void quality standard within agreed timescales to ensure minimum void loss; • utilisation of the supply chain to make optimum use of purchase price, choice, product quality and life cycle costings; • quality assurance of procedure and product.

SERVICES TO BE DELIVERED. Services emphasize in-home, person-/family-centered interventions which include multiple components based (i.e. works with parents to be more involved in their child’s life, monitors and supervise their child’s behavior; work with youth to develop pro-social behaviors, coping mechanism, and problem solving skills, and consults with teachers in order to assist them in developing relationships with other students) on the needs of the student and family. Maintaining a successful home placement without disruption, reducing the need for individuals to seek treatment through the public mental health system, and deferring the student from the petition process are goals of the services provided. Services provided are comprehensive, promote the safety and well being of the student and the family, meet the needs of the child and family in the home setting, and decrease the need for the petition process, enhancing the individuals school success. A comprehensive assessment of the family by the School Success Case Worker (SSCW) would be complete within five business days of the truancy hearing at the student’s home. All risk factors will be documented. In a situation where a student’s birth parents are not married and both want involvement, the goal would be to have both parents’ attend at a mutually agreeable location. If this were not possible, two initial meetings would occur with the student and with each respective parent. The assessment would include the issues leading to the student’s truant status, the needs of the student individually and the family as an entire system.
