Solar PV System definition

Solar PV System means the electric power generation equipment, including without limitation, solar panels, mounting racks, brackets, substrates or supports, power inverters and micro-inverters, optimizers, service equipment, metering equipment, controls, switches, connections, conduit, wires, the Monitoring System and other equipment connected to the Delivery Point installed by the Solar Service Company on the Site for the purposes of providing electric power to the Customer under this Agreement.15
Solar PV System means a Solar Photovoltaic system, and all components of the Photovoltaic System, supplied by Captain Green Solar to a Customer;
Solar PV System or “System”) on a licensed portion (the “Site”) of the real property located at the address set forth on Schedule #2 hereto (the “Premises”);

Solar PV System means an electric power microgeneration system designed to supply usable solar power by means of photovoltaics supplied, installed and commissioned by us at your Property in accordance with this Agreement; and
Solar PV System. : means, but is not limited to, the substructure, the modules, mechanical and electrical connections including string combiner boxes, inverters, transformers, energy meters, a substation and wiring up to the grid connection point of the grid operator, auxiliary transformers, all associated equipment including mountings and means of regulating and/or modifying the electrical output and a remote monitoring system (including telecommunication), surveillance system (CCTV) and access roads, fences comprising the complete photovoltaic system;
Solar PV System means the solar photo-voltaic electricity generation system to be connected to the Embedded Electricity Network and located at or adjacent to the Premises.

  • PV System means a residentially hosted roof-top solar electric generating system, including photovoltaic panels, racks, wiring and other electrical devices, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, one or more inverters, remote monitoring systems, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Bulk Electric System shall have the meaning provided for in the NERC Glossary of Terms used in Reliability Standards, as it may be amended, supplemented, or restated from time to time.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same.   • Solar energy system means a system of components that produces heat or electricity, or both, from

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.
