Software Package definition

Software Package means any HPS software product developed for the specific functional release of
Software Package means the Software and any support materials licensed by the Licensor and any developments on it done by the Licensor, including but not limited to manuals, flow charts and specifications relating to the Software as well, as described in Annex A.

Examples of Software Package in a sentence

  • The Developer shall perform the guarantee which is mandatory in the countries where the Developer Software Package is marketed.

  • The Developer is responsible for the decision to use the Software as part of the Developer Software Package and is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of the Developer Software Package to its customers.

  • The Developer may distribute the Software, in object code format, only as part of the Developer Software Package without payment of royalty to Canon, provided that the Developer abides by the provisions of this Agreement.

  • The Developer shall market the Developer Software Package under its own name and at its sole cost and expense.

  • The Software Package can only be used as long as this dongle is connected to the workstation.


More Definitions of Software Package

Software Package means the databases SafetyEasy PV, SafetyEasy MD, SafetyEasy MI, COSMETHICS on a SaaS mode with web access performed and delivered by the Service Provider, and the services offered on a subscription by the Reseller. Software Package shall also mean the iTAP tool on a SaaS mode, whenever You subscribe to it independently. The Software Package includes the Basic Services hereby detailed under Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions. The specific Order shall include to which extent those services will be rendered by either the Reseller or the Service Provider.

WAsP Engineering is the industry-standard PC software for calculation of wind conditions, which are rele- vant for fatigue loads, extreme loads and siting of wind turbines and wind farms. The Windfarm Assessment Tool (WAT) is a PC software for site suitability assessment of wind turbines and wind farms.
Software Package means the application package ordered by the user in the Raynet online shop "Package Store". Application package in this case means the third-party software packaged by Xxxxxx on the order of the user.
Software Package means the Software, related documentation, and the DPI DEMO LIB package, or any part thereof, as the context requires.
Software Package means the design, development and implementation of the NeXTSTEP software to be developed for CCSI pursuant to the efforts undertaken by PENCOM as set forth in Section 2 and shall include all Pre-Existing Software used therein.
