Support Materials definition

Support Materials means information submitted as supplemental to the formal application form.
Support Materials means data, information, materials, reports, recommendations, software in Object Code or Source Code and any other documentation that has been created by QTIL or a QTIL Affiliate and provided to LICENSEE in connection with the provision of Support Services.
Support Materials has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 305(a).

More Definitions of Support Materials

Support Materials mean any and all guides, user manuals and other documents or materials provided or developed by NETiKA BS (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performing this Agreement, including in the delivery of any Specific Services to Customer. Support Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Products.
Support Materials means anything delivered by ONESOFT to CLIENT under its Software Maintenance Confidential Information OneSoft Corporation The Xxxx Group, Inc.
Support Materials means any documentation or manuals and Updates thereto related to the Braintech Software supplied to LICENSEE by Braintech to assist LICENSEE in using the Braintech Software;
Support Materials means anything delivered by ONESOFT to CLIENT under its Software Maintenance Services, including, but not limited to, any Patches, Workarounds, Letter Releases, Point Releases, and any related documentation; and (S) "SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE SERVICES" means, (i) when used in connection with a Software Product license, other than a month-to-month license, maintenance consisting of the delivery to CLIENT of Patches, Workarounds, Letter Releases, and Point Releases as generally released by ONESOFT for a Software Product; or (ii) when used in connection with a Software Product month-to-month license, maintenance consisting of the delivery to CLIENT of Patches, Workarounds, Letter Releases, and Point Releases as generally released by ONESOFT for a Software Product. (T) "SERVICES" (to the extent provided for under a Scope of Work or Change Order attached hereto) shall mean and include, without limitation, service bureau tasks, managed application services, co-location services, customer technical support services, transaction processing services, or other services as set forth in such Scope of Work or Change Order.

Support Materials means the appropriate documentation required to support the use, installation and maintenance of the Product, including any human readable program listings, flow charts, logic diagrams, input and output forms, manuals, specifications, instructions, and other materials related to the Product.
Support Materials means formats, forms, reports, selection lists, flowcharts, handouts, letter forms, preference lists and similar formats, data and forms that are created for use with the Licensed Software, but do not in any way assist with medical decision making or otherwise affect any regulated component or regulated software provided by or through Contractor. Contractor reserves the right to review any and all of the Support Materials provided for use in the library and to reject any Support Materials for any reason, including without limitation, reasons, relating to patient safety, applicable law, clinical decision making, etc.
