Daily Settlement Price definition

Daily Settlement Price means the settlement price for a Swap calculated each Business Day by or on behalf of BSEF. The Daily Settlement Price can be expressed in currency, spread, yield or any other appropriate measure commonly used in swap markets.
Daily Settlement Price or “Settlement Price” means the official daily closing price for a Contract calculated each Business Day, as determined in accordance with Rule 906, and used for all open positions at the close of the daily settlement cycle.
Daily Settlement Price means, with respect to a security future, the settle- ment price of such security future de- termined at the close of trading each day, under the rules of the applicable exchange, clearing agency, or deriva- tives clearing organization.

  • If the Final Valuation Date in the sense of these Terms and Conditions falls on a Rollover Date pursuant to the above definition, the Cash Amount (Section 2 (1) of the Issue Specific Conditions) shall be determined based on the Daily Settlement Price for the Current Underlying (prior to the Rollover) on the Rollover Date and based on the Current Strike on the Rollover Date prior to the adjustment pursuant to paragraph (6).

  • All positions (brought forward, created during the day, closed out during the day) in Commodity Futures Contracts, at the close of trading hours on a day, shall be marked to market at the Daily Settlement Price (for Daily Mark to Market Settlement) and settled.

  • During the term of a Futures Contract, the Daily Settlement Price shall normally be determined in accordance with the process provided for in the relevant Contract Specification.

  • DSP: Daily Settlement Price of the session prior to the “adjustment date”.

  • The Daily Settlement Amount for a Futures Contract (other than the first Daily Settlement Amount) shall be determined by reference to the difference between the Daily Settlement Price for the Futures Contract on the Trading Day in question and the Daily Settlement Price for the immediately preceding Trading Day for such Futures Contract.
