Official Closing Price definition

Official Closing Price means the price or level of the underlying stocks as at the close of business on the Start Date/Strike Date,Anniversary Date and the Maturity Date.
Official Closing Price means, on any day, the official closing price of the Share.
Official Closing Price means the price or level of the underlying assets as at the close of business on the Start Date/Strike Date, Event Date and the Maturity Date.

Official Closing Price means, in respect of a Reference Asset, the official closing price or level of the relevant Reference Asset on the Relevant Exchange Business Day quoted on the Relevant Exchange as at the Valuation Time as determined by the Issuer.

If the transaction is signed at any time between the close of the regular session on Monday and the close of the regular session on Tuesday, then Monday’s official closing price is used.
