Service with Company. During the Term, Employee agrees to perform such duties and responsibilities as are assigned to him from time to time by Company’s Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) and/or Board of Directors (the “Board”).
Service with Company. During the Term of Employment, Employee -------------------- agrees to perform reasonable employment duties as the Board of Directors of the Company and/or its subsidiaries shall assign to him from time to time. Employee also agrees to serve, for any period for which he is elected as an officer of the Company and/or its subsidiaries; provided, however, that Employee shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for serving as an officer of the Company and/or its subsidiaries. From and after the Effective Date, Employee shall continue to be an executive officer of the Company with the title of Vice ---- President and General Manager. ------------------------------
Service with Company. During his Term of Employment, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties, consistent with the terms of this Agreement and the offices held by Executive as provided in section 1 above, as the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him from time to time. Such duties and employment responsibilities is set forth in Exhibit A and shall be performed in accordance with the Company’s rules, regulations and instructions now in force or which may be adopted by the Company in the future.
Service with Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and to perform such other reasonable employment duties, consistent with Executive's position and as the Board of Directors shall assign to her from time to time. In addition, Executive shall serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company until the next annual meeting of the shareholders of the Company or until her successor has been duly elected and qualified.
Service with Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties as the Company shall assign to Executive from time to time. In furtherance thereof, Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In addition, the Executive shall perform such other duties of a senior executive nature as the CEO and the Executive from time to time determine to be mutually acceptable. Executive accepts such employment on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Service with Company. During the Term of Employment, Employee agrees to perform reasonable employment duties as the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him from time to time. Employee also agrees to serve, for any period for which he is elected as an officer of the Company; provided, however, that Employee shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for serving as an officer of the Company. From and after the Effective Date, Employee shall continue to be an executive officer of the Company with the title of Senior Vice President, Operations.
Service with Company. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties as the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him from time to time. Executive shall be an executive officer of the Company, Executive’s title shall be Chief Financial Officer, and he shall assume and discharge the responsibilities of such offices as set forth in the Company’s Bylaws or as otherwise determined by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors.
Service with Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive -------------------- agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties as the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him from time to time. As of the date of this Agreement, Executive has been elected to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.
Service with Company. The Company shall honor previous service at the El Dorado Chemical Company for purposes of seniority and vacation eligibility only. Previous service at the plant, or any predecessor of the Company, shall not be credited for purposes of pension benefits.
Service with Company. During his Term of Employment, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties, consistent with the terms of this agreement, as the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him from time to time. Such duties and employment responsibilities shall be performed in accordance with the Company's rules, regulations and instructions now in force or which may be adopted by the Company in the future. During the Executive's Term of Employment, the Board of Directors shall nominate and recommend to shareholders the election of, and vote all shareholder proxies in favor of, Executive's election to the Company's Board of Directors.
