Common use of Service with Company Clause in Contracts

Service with Company. During his Term of Employment, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties, consistent with the terms of this Agreement and the offices held by Executive as provided in section 1 above, as the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him from time to time. Such duties and employment responsibilities is set forth in Exhibit A and shall be performed in accordance with the Company’s rules, regulations and instructions now in force or which may be adopted by the Company in the future.

Service with Company. During his his/her Term of Employment, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties, consistent with the terms of this Agreement and the offices held by Executive as provided in section 1 aboveagreement, as the Board of Directors of the Company or CEO shall assign to him him/her from time to time. Such , such duties and employment responsibilities is set forth in Exhibit A and shall be performed in accordance with the Company’s 's rules, regulations and instructions now in force or which may be adopted by the Company in the future.

Service with Company. During his Term the term of EmploymentExecutive’s employment with the Company, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties, consistent with duties as the terms of this Agreement and the offices held by Chief Executive as provided in section 1 above, as and/or the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him from time to time. Such duties Executive shall be an executive officer of the Company, Executive’s title shall be President, Animal Applications Group, and employment he shall assume and discharge the responsibilities is of such offices as set forth in Exhibit A and shall be performed in accordance with the Company’s rules, regulations and instructions now in force Bylaws or which may be adopted as otherwise determined by the Company in the futureCompany’s Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors.

Service with Company. Such Executive's duties and employment responsibilities is set forth in Exhibit A and shall be performed in accordance with the Company’s 's rules, regulations and instructions generally applicable to the Company's executive officers now in force or which may be adopted by the Company in the future.
