Service Requirement definition

Service Requirement means the Grantee must have been in the continuous employment of the Company (or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company) from the Grant Date through the applicable vesting anniversary of the Grant Date as provided in Section 3(b) without incurring a Separation from Service.
Service Requirement means the continuous and on-going service requirement set out in clause 5.2;

Examples of Service Requirement in a sentence

  • For purposes of determining changes in an employee's accrual rate, Length of Service Requirement shall not include periods of suspension, or unpaid non-medical leaves of absence, that are more than one full payroll period in duration.

More Definitions of Service Requirement

Service Requirement means the requirement that the Participant remain an Employee of (or, if the Participant is not an Employee, that the Participant perform services for) the Company and/or its Subsidiaries continuously from the Date of Grant until the Service Vesting Date as a condition to the vesting of Restricted Shares.
Service Requirement means a load-following, wholesale power supply requirement, defined by a unique combination of Customer Group, load responsibility, and Delivery Term as listed in Appendix A.
