Series 2014 Bonds definition

Series 2014 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2014A Bonds and Series 2014B Bonds.

Series 2014 Bonds means the General Obligation Sales Tax Bonds, Series 2014, dated September 1, 2014, authorized and issued by the Issuer in the original principal amount of $64,785,000, pursuant to the Series 2014 Bond Resolution.

Series 2014 Bonds means the Issuer’s Revenue Bonds (New Downtown Atlanta Stadium Project), Series 2014, issued pursuant to the Indenture in the aggregate principal amount of $[BOND AMOUNT].

Examples of Series 2014 Bonds in a sentence

• Subsequent to the issuance of the Series 2014 Bonds, the Corporation defaulted on certain of its obligations in connection with the Series 2014 Bonds, including its obligations under the 2014 Indenture and the 2014 Installment Sale Agreement.

More Definitions of Series 2014 Bonds

Series 2014 Bonds means the City of Fort Worth, Texas Water and Sewer System Revenue Refunding and Improvement Bonds, Series 2014, authorized by the Twenty-Fourth Supplement.

Series 2014 Bonds means the University’s General Receipts Bonds, Series 2014, dated May 14, 2014, a replacement for which was issued on December 1, 2017.

Series 2014 Bonds means the Issuer’s Taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds, Series 2014 (Cessna Aircraft Company) issued in the original principal amount of $1,000,000.

Series 2014 Bonds means the Colorado High Performance Transportation Enterprise U.S. 36 and I-25 Managed Lanes Senior Revenue Bonds Series 2014 issued in the original aggregate principal amount of $20,360,000 pursuant to the Indenture.

Series 2014 Bonds means the Water Supply System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2014, dated May 1, 2014, in the outstanding principal amount of Nine Million Seven Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($9,705,000).

Series 2014 Bonds shall have the meaning given that term in the Recitals.

Series 2014 Bonds means the Issuer’s Retirement Facility Revenue Bonds (Buckingham Senior Living Community, Inc. Project) Series 2014.
