Class A-1 Notes definition

Class A-1 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-1 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.

Examples of Class A-1 Notes in a sentence

• The aggregate principal amount of Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class A-3 Notes and Class A-4 Notes outstanding at any time may not exceed such respective amounts except as provided in Section 2.05.

• The aggregate principal amount of Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2A Notes, Class A-2B Notes, Class A-3 Notes and Class A-4 Notes outstanding at any time may not exceed such respective amounts except as provided in Section 2.06.

• The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes (collectively, the “Notes”) are, except as otherwise provided in the Indenture, equally and ratably secured by the 2024-A Collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture.

• In such an event, principal payments on the Class A-1 Notes shall be made first and until paid in full and principal payments on the remaining Classes of Notes shall be made pro rata to the Noteholders entitled thereto.

More Definitions of Class A-1 Notes

Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 Notes (as defined in the Indenture).

Class A-1 Notes means the 1.65875% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-1, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes means the $411,540,000 Class A-1 0.26275% Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 5.38750% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.

Class A-1 Notes means the [__]% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-1, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 3.15195% Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.

Class A-1 Notes means the 5.532% Class A-1 Asset-backed Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture in the initial aggregate principal amount of $309,000,000.
