Trust Notes definition

Trust Notes. As defined in the Introductory Statement.

Trust Notes means the Series 1 Trust Notes, Series 2 Trust Notes and Series 3 Trust Notes, collectively.

Trust Notes means the Trust Notes — Series 2015-A and any other instruments representing subordinated unsecured debt obligations of the Trust as may be issued and outstanding under the Series 2015-A Indenture from time to time.

More Definitions of Trust Notes

Trust Notes means the Series 1 Trust Notes, Series 2 Trust Notes and Series 3 Trust Notes, collectively. “Trust Units” means the units of the Trust.
