Response to Request. Employee Relations has three (3) working days, from the date of the request, to schedule a hearing date with the Review Board.
Response to Request. The housing provider shall respond to a request for reasonable accommodation or modification within ten (10) business days. The response may be to grant, deny, or modify the request, or seek additional information in writing or by a meeting with the applicant. The housing provider will work with the applicant and referring agency to determine if there are ways to accommodate the applicant. The housing provider shall grant the request if the provider determines that: o the applicant has a disability; o reasonable accommodation or modification is necessary because of the disability; and o the request is reasonable (i.e., does not impose an undue financial or administrative burden or fundamentally alter the nature of the housing program.) If the reasonable accommodation request is denied, the rejection must explain the reasons in writing. If the denial of the reasonable accommodation request results in the applicant being denied admission to the unit, the provisions of the section on Notice of Denial and Appeal Process apply.
Response to Request means a reply issued by the Respondent to the Request of Arbitration.

Examples of Response to Request in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall perform the services listed in Attachments A (Request for Proposals) and B (Contractor’s Response to Request for Proposals).

  • Order of Precedence: In the event of conflicts or inconsistencies between this contract and its attachments, such conflicts or inconsistencies shall be resolved by reference to the documents in the following order of priority: Signed Contract Attachments to the Contract, Request for Qualifications, and Respondent’s Response to Request for Qualifications.

  • The Probation Department will send a Notice to Court Regarding Petition for Certificate of Qualification for Employment and Response to Request for Information Regarding Petition for Certificate of Qualification for Employment to each court so identified.

  • List ONLY Those Prime and Sub-Consultant Personnel identified as Key personnel in the Response to Request for Services.

  • In the event of conflicts or inconsistencies between this Contract and its exhibits or attachments, such conflicts or inconsistencies shall be resolved by reference to the documents in the following order of priority: Signed Contract (or Notice of Award), Amendments to the Contract (or Notice of Award), Request for Qualifications, and Respondent’s Response to Request for Qualifications.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Response Notice is defined in Section 14.3(b)(ii).

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.

  • OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • FOIA notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • Response Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).

  • Mediation Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.

  • Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).

  • Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.

  • Offeror’s Notice means the notice described in Section 12.3.

  • Response Deadline means 60 days after the Administrator mails Notice to Class Members and Aggrieved Employees, and shall be the last date on which Class Members may: (a) fax, email, or mail Requests for Exclusion from the Settlement, or (b) fax, email, or mail his or her Objection to the Settlement. Class Members to whom Notice Packets are resent after having been returned undeliverable to the Administrator shall have an additional 14 calendar days beyond the Response Deadline has expired.

  • Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.

  • Notice of Dissatisfaction means the notice given by either Party to the other indicating its dissatisfaction and intention to commence arbitration.

  • Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Notice of Tender means, in connection with an Optional Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent, indicating an intention to tender VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.

  • Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.

  • Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.

  • Dispatch Notice means a notice delivered by CAISO to Owner’s Scheduling Coordinator on a daily, hourly or real-time basis requesting dispatch of one or more Unit(s) to provide Energy or Ancillary Services under this Agreement. Dispatch Notices include: (a) Day-Ahead Schedules and Real-Time Dispatches where the RMR Unit or Units are flagged as RMR Dispatches as a result of the Market-Power Mitigation and Reliability Requirements Determination processes pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, (b) Manual RMR Dispatch Notices, (c) notices deemed to have been given by CAISO for the Energy actually Delivered by a Unit that starts or increases Energy output as a result of a “system emergency” as defined in the CAISO Tariff whether the start or increase occurs automatically (for Units specified in Section 2 of Schedule A as having the ability to Start-up or ramp automatically) or pursuant to a standing written order of the CAISO, and (d) Test Dispatch Notices given by CAISO under Section 4.9 other than Test Dispatch Notices issued at Owner’s request to test Availability or heat input of the Unit.

  • Notice of compliance means a statement confirming that a governmental entity

  • Request for Proposal or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.07.

  • Response Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Request for Proposals (RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Long Form Notice means the form of notice that shall be posted on the Settlement Website created by the Settlement Administrator and shall be available to Settlement Class members by mail on request made to the Settlement Administrator in the form attached as Exhibit 2.
