Hearing Date definition

Hearing Date. , in relation to a proceeding, means the date on which the proceeding is listed for hearing;
Hearing Date means the date, scheduled for May 27, 2021, on which the motion for the Approval and Vesting Order will be returnable;
Hearing Date means the date proposed by the Parties on which the Court convenes the Hearing, which proposed date will be approximately two (2) months after the Submission Notice Date and which date is subject to continuance by the Court;
