Examples of Response Deadline in a sentence
The failure of any Lender to respond to an Increase Request on or before the associated Response Deadline shall be deemed an election by such Lender not to increase its Commitment pursuant to such Increase Request.
To be valid, a Request for Exclusion must be timely faxed, emailed, or postmarked by the Response Deadline.
Each Bank will respond to any such request no later than the 15th day prior to the Commitment Termination Date (the “Response Deadline”), provided that a failure by any Bank to respond by the Response Deadline shall be deemed to be a rejection of the requested extension.
