Research Products definition

Research Products means all tangible materials, other than CRADA Data, first produced in the performance of this CRADA.
Research Products means any product in relation to which Pharmacia P-L has an exclusive licence from CAT pursuant to the Pharmacia Agreement.
Research Products is defined to mean any product, process or device which is designed or utilized for discovering, improving or testing a Therapeutic Product, Preventative Medicine Product, or Diagnostic Product. “Diagnostic Product” means any product, process or device that is designed or utilized for diagnosis of a disease or condition in humans or vertebrate animals. “Preventative Medicine Product” means any product, process or device that is designed or utilized to prevent the occurrence of any disease state in humans or vertebrate animals. “Therapeutic Product” means any product, process or device which is designed or utilized for treatment or mitigation of an existing disease state in humans or vertebrate animals.

Examples of Research Products in a sentence

  • Indemnification related to the manufacture and supply of clinical supply of PRINT Materials and Research Products shall be provided for in the Development Supply Agreement described in Section 9.1(b) and indemnification related to the manufacture and supply of commercial supply of PRINT Materials and Research Products shall be provided for in the Commercial Supply Agreement, if any, described in Section 9.2.

  • Any failure to timely deliver PRINT Materials or Research Products to GSK as described above by Liquidia or a third party contract manufacturer, and any subsequent delays or modifications to GSK’s development plans with respect to any Research Product resulting from such failure to supply shall not be deemed to be GSK’s failure to use Commercially Reasonable Efforts under this Section 6.2.

  • GSK shall own all Regulatory Materials for the Research Products and Products.

  • After the exercise of the Inhaled Option or Liquidia Respiratory Option, as applicable, GSK shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to develop and seek Regulatory Approval in the Territory, for the Liquidia Respiratory Product and Research Products in the applicable Exercised Field(s).

  • If the circumstances set forth in Section 9.2(b)(ii) occur, and GSK or a Third Party is responsible for manufacture of PRINT Materials, Liquidia Respiratory Product, Research Products or Inhaled Products, then GSK would make payments to Liquidia on a quarterly basis, concurrent with the royalty report and payment described in Section 10.5(d), in an amount equal to [***]percent ([***]%) of GSK’s COGS solely related to the manufacture of PRINT Materials for the preceding calendar quarter.


More Definitions of Research Products

Research Products. “Research Products” is defined to mean any product, process or device which is designed or utilized for discovering, improving, developing, or testing a Therapeutic Product, Preventative Medicine Product, or Diagnostic Product, but which is not utilized as a Therapeutic Product, Preventative Medicine Product, or Diagnostic Product (as said terms are defined in the TSRI-Novartis agreement).
Research Products means (i) any kit, vial or array (protein chip) containing one or more Antibodies intended for sale to an end user solely for research purposes and (ii) any Antibodies sold to a Third Party for incorporation into any kit, vial or array (protein chip) that are intended for sale to an end user for research purposes. Research Products shall exclude Therapeutic Antibody Products and Diagnostic Products.
Research Products means the research program as described on a project by project basis in ATTACHMENT A, which may be amended from time to time by the parties.
Research Products means products or services that (i) are used as research tools, including in drug discovery and development, and (ii) (a) employ, or are in any way produced or manufactured by, the practice or use of the inventions of the Licensed Patents, Derivative Materials or the Wisconsin Materials, and/or (b) would otherwise constitute infringement of any claims of the Licensed Patents.
Research Products meaning those certain research products for which CAT has granted certain exclusive rights to a Third Party under the [***] License Agreement, as may then be in effect;
Research Products means standardized instruments or devices and related consumables designed for sale in the open market in the ordinary course of business without substantial specialized modification for each customer and intended to be used in vitro in a research laboratory environment. Research Products shall not include instruments for diagnostics, clinical, investigational or therapeutic uses requiring notification to or approval from any regulatory or governmental body or general purpose devices not related specifically to the subject of the research (e.g., computers).
Research Products shall refer to and mean products or services that (i) are used in research as research tools which would infringe the claims of patented technology owned by Geron or which Geron has a right or license to use other than the Licensed Patents, and (ii) which employ, are in any way produced by the practice of, are identified using or arise out of any research involving the inventions claimed in the Licensed Patents or that would otherwise constitute infringement of any claims of the Licensed Patents. Research Products specifically excludes the Materials.
