Purchasing Partner definition

Purchasing Partner has the meaning specified in Section 5.3 hereof.
Purchasing Partner means the Partner purchasing Common Interests pursuant to the exercise of a Put or a Call.
Purchasing Partner means the purchasing Partner under Section 11.1 or Section 11.2 hereof, as the case may be.
