Founding Member definition

Founding Member means any individual who is either:
Founding Member means any legal entity established in a member state, a country associated to the Horizon Europe Programme, or an international organisation that is identified as a member of a joint undertaking in this Regulation or in one of its Annexes;
Founding Member means as such term is defined in the Limited Liability Company Operating Agreement.
