During the Restricted Period, Grantee will not provide services to or be associated with a Competitor in any role or position (as an employee, director, owner, consultant or otherwise) that would involve his/her participation in Competitive Activity within the Restricted Area.
Become employed by, advise, perform services for, establish, have any ownership interest in, invest in or otherwise engage in any capacity, whether directly or indirectly, with a Competing Business in the Restricted Area.
