Each of the restaurants you develop will have a Protected Area, as such is designated in the Franchise Agreement for such restaurant.
During the Noncompete Period, neither Seller nor Shareholders shall in any manner, directly or indirectly, engage in or have an equity or profit interest in, or render services to any business that conducts any Company Activities in the Protected Area.
