Project Implementing Agencies or “IAs” means MOFA and MOI or any successor thereto acceptable to ADB, which are responsible for the implementation of the Project;
Project Implementing Agencies or “IAs” means MPW, which is responsible for implementing parts A, B, C and E of the Project and MOTC, which is responsible for implementing part D of the Project, or any successor thereto acceptable to ADB;
Project Implementing Agencies means, collectively, PMU18 Project Implementation Division 1 (PMU18 PID 1), the Project Implementation Unit of VRA (VRA PIU), the Project Implementation Unit of the Regional Project Management Unit 2 (RPMU2 PIU), the Project Implementation Unit of the Regional Project Management Unit 4 (RPMU4 PIU), the Project Implementation Unit of the Regional Project Management Unit 5 (RPMU5 PIU), the Project Implementation Unit of the Regional Project Management Unit 7 (RPMU7 PIU), and Project Implementation Units of Provincial Departments of Transport (PIUs of PDOTs), as referred to in paragraph A.1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.

NHARG shall, and shall cause each of the Project Implementing Agencies to, comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended from time to time).
NHARG, through the NFD, will ensure that all Project Implementing Agencies, PIUs, enterprises and other relevant stakeholders implement, in accordance with the implementation plan agreed upon by NHARG and ADB, the capacity building and institutional strengthening recommendations made by the consultants, as set out as Component 1 of the Project.

Project Implementing Agencies means collectively, INGEOMINAS, IDEAM, MAVDT, INVIAS, Infrastructure Agencies, MHCP and MIJ’s DPAD;

Project Implementing Agencies means: (i) MOL in respect of Outputs 1 to 3 (inclusive) and Output 5; and (ii) MECS in respect of Output 4;
