Implementing Entity definition

Implementing Entity means the [Implementing Entity] that is the party to this Agreement and the recipient of the Grant;

Examples of Implementing Entity in a sentence

• Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled amicably by discussion or negotiation between the Board and the Implementing Entity.

• The Implementing Entity shall be responsible for the overall management of the Project, including all financial, monitoring and reporting responsibilities.

• The Board and the Implementing Entity shall share information with each other, at the request of either one of them, on matters pertaining to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Implementing Entity

Implementing Entity means an entity or institution appointed under section six as an implementing entity;
