Program Term definition

Program Term means: (a) For community solar projects,
Program Term means the period from the Effective Date until the third anniversary of the Effective Date, or until such earlier date when the Program is terminated pursuant to Section 2.8, or the Agreement is terminated pursuant to Article VIII.
Program Term means the period beginning on the date hereof and ending at the end of the Program Term as set forth in Article XIX.
