Research Period definition

Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.
Research Period means a period described in the Collaborative Research Plan. Based on the regulations of this Agreement, in case this Agreement is terminated before the completion date of the Research Period, such date of termination of the Agreement shall be the final date of the Research Period.
Research Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Research Period in a sentence

  • The Parties may disclose, announce or publicly release the Research Result (or where the Research Period continues for more than one year, the Research Result acquired in the relevant fiscal year) in accordance with the following procedure under this Article 27 (the “Public Release of Research Result”) in order to comply with the confidentiality obligations in Article 26.

  • The University may disclose, announce or publicly release the Research Result (or where the Research Period continues for more than one year, the Research Result acquired in the relevant fiscal year) with a written notice to the Partner stating the contents of such release no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled day of the public release of the Research Result.

  • II-2.2. Cooperative Research Period The duration of a cooperative research project will be three years (36 months) in total from the start date.

  • Signature By signing below, User and User’s Employer represent that they have read and understand the provisions of this Agreement, and that they agree to use the Equipment in the Facilities for the Research during the Research Period per the Approved Schedule, upon and subject to the provisions hereof.


More Definitions of Research Period

Research Period means the period commencing on the Commencement Date and ending on the Completion Date or such later date as may be agreed between the Parties unless otherwise determined in accordance with the Terms of the Contract.
Research Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the first to occur of (i) termination of this Agreement by either Party under Article 15 below; or (ii) subject to extension under Article 2.2, two (2) years after the Effective Date.
