Portfolio Asset definition

Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

Portfolio Asset. Any asset owned or serviced by the Originator (including each Asset). For the avoidance of doubt, the term Portfolio Asset shall not include any asset owned and/or serviced solely by one or more Affiliates of the Originator (but not by the Originator); provided that (i) such asset shall not have been originated or acquired by the Originator and (ii) such asset shall not be included in the consolidated financial statements of the Originator.

• For the avoidance of doubt, the Funds will provide Full Circle prompt notice in the event that any of them (A) agree to any modification of or waiver or forbearance under any MAST Portfolio Loan Document, or waive or fail to enforce any material right under any MAST Portfolio Loan Document or (B) consent to any release of collateral relating to any MAST Portfolio Asset.

• At times the Fund's investment in a Portfolio Asset by its terms gives rise to preferential rights, requests to purchase additional interests in that Portfolio Asset or its future offerings of securities or otherwise, or a general right of first refusal (collectively, "Follow-on Investment Rights").

More Definitions of Portfolio Asset

Portfolio Asset means any “Portfolio Investment” (as defined in the Operating Agreement) directly held by the Borrower, including, without limitation, any equity interests of the Borrower in any Portfolio Company (as defined in the Operating Agreement).

Portfolio Asset means each Asset acquired (or committed to be acquired) by the Borrower hereunder, in each case, which shall satisfy the Eligibility Requirements as of the related Acquisition Date.

Portfolio Asset means any “Asset” as defined in the Indenture, including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Asset.
